Activity period
The initial activity period of your SIM card is 12 months from the date of activation of the card. Every recharge equivalent to 8 BGN prolongs the activity period of the SIM card with 12 months. Recharge of 4 BGN prolongs the activity period with another 3 months, if the recharge is done in the 12th or 13th month. You can learn about the expiration of your activity period with a call to 1212.
If you use up your talk time before the expiration of the activity period, you will continue to receive calls and short messages.
ATTENTION:
If the activity period expires and you have not recharged your talk time, you will lose the available credit but will continue to receive calls and short messages. Despite the expiry of the activity period you still have 1 month to recharge your prepaid card so that you do not have your mobile telephone number erased and continue to use FROG prepaid service.
But if you do not recharge your card during this one-month period, your mobile number will be automatically deactivated.
