Contents of the starter pack
The starter pack of FROG prepaid service includes:
- Your new telephone number 0890XXXXXX
- Your SIM card with initial talk time
- Your PIN & PUK codes* (written on the back side of the SIM card‘s body)
- Your user code** (found on the SIM card wrap)
- User manual
- Coverage map
- Price list
Make sure to keep your PIN, PUK and user codes in a safe place.
* The 4-digit PIN 1 code is strictly personal and must be entered each time you turn on your phone. The auxiliary 8-digit PUK 1 code is used to unlock your phone should you enter the PIN 1 code incorrectly for 3 consecutive times. The PIN 2, PUK 2 codes are only needed in particular cases. For more information related to the codes, contact the FROG Customer Care Service at 1212. The calls to short number 1212 are charged 0.03 BGN with VAT included regardless the duration.
** Your user code is needed in order to make use of certain FROG services (i.e. notification of your PUK code in case you have lost it).
