Other services
- Switching to postpaid programs
- Now FROG users can switch to any GLOBUL Postpaid program of their choice. It is necessary their FROG card to be active at least for the last 3 months. You can subscribe to any postpaid program at any shop of GLOBUL retail network, where you need to give your mobile number and the serial number of FROG SIM card you are using. You will receive a new SIM card and will keep the same mobile number.
- FUN Call
- You can set up your phone so that when someone is calling you they will hear a tune or song that you have chosen while they are waiting for you to pick up your phone.
- MyGLOBUL web services
- Take the opportunity to taste the variety of services and entertainment MyGLOBUL web portal offers you! Through the portal you can send free SMS-s, receive MMS and mobile internet settings, order and navigate FUN Call tunes, order games, music, videos and other kinds of amusement.
- Call Notify
- This service provides SMS notification for missed calls while you have been out of range or while your phone has been switched off.
- SMS Call Me Back
- You have the chance absolutely free to let someone know that you want to get in contact with them when you can not make calls or send SMS.
- Talk2Me
- You get messages from people calling you in the form of an MMS sent directly into your mobile phone, whenever: your handset is turned off or your battery is low; you are talking at the moment or you can not answer the call; your handset is in an out of coverage area.
- Online again
- Online again gives you the chance to connect with a subscriber who had turned off his phone or had been out of network coverage at the time of call.
- SMS/E-mail and E-mail/SMS
- With the e-mail <-> SMS service you can send SMS messages to e-mail addresses and receive e-mail messages on your mobile phone like SMS.
- Detailed information
- FROG customers can request detailed information of their calls and sent messages for a past period of up to 3 months.
- Available credit transfer
- If you are away for a long period you can transfer your available credit to another FROG user.
- Prepaid SIM replacement
- You can replace your defective or lost/stolen prepaid SIM card and keep your mobile number and all settings of your old SIM card.
